A different kind of workshop

A Different Kind of Workplace Wellness Workshop

This isn't your tired old slide deck. Linda has worked as a Clinical Hypnotherapist since 1999, with thousands of clients, and she's spent her career understanding, recognizing, and shifting the beliefs and patterns that drive our behaviour.

The difference is simple. Participants get to experience and apply the ideas, rather than just hear about them.

  • 01Engaging education, not a tired old slide deck
  • 02Insight into habitual behaviour and subconscious associations
  • 03Practical reflection and tools
  • 04An optional guided group hypnosis experience
  • 05Skills participants can keep practicing on their own

Customized programs

Your Workplace Is Unique. Your Wellness Training Can Be Too.

Your organization may be facing something that doesn't fit neatly into one of the featured workshops. Linda can create a one-hour workshop or an ongoing multi-week series designed around your people, your industry, and what they're actually dealing with.

Portrait of Linda Sevilla

Meet your facilitator

Decades of helping people understand why they do what they do.

Since beginning my hypnotherapy practice in 1999, I have worked with thousands of clients exploring the recurring patterns of thought and behaviour that can keep people responding in ways they consciously want to change.

Through workplace wellness workshops, I bring this perspective into accessible, engaging group settings. I hold a Bachelor of Education, founded the Horizon Center School of Hypnotherapy in 2004, and have trained hundreds of hypnotherapists and developed curriculum for over two decades.
